🕒 Working Days and Hours: Staggered office hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM // 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM // 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM // 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM // 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM // 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
🏥 Working Locations: Polyclinic located @ the West side
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure medicines are topped up regularly to facilitate smooth dispensing process
- Accurately pack and dispense all prescriptions according to set standards and guidelines
- Provide specialised pharmacy counselling to patients so as to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcome.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the pharmacy premises and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the work area and storerooms.
- Monitor the stock status of the repackaged medications and ensure the replenishment of stocks promptly.
- Monitor IT/Automation equipment to ensure that they are in working condition and to feedback to supervisor on malfunction issues.
Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, OR Certified Pharmacy Technician qualification Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
