Manufacturing Assembly Technician

About the Role As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our production facility by ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. You will utilize mechanical aptitude and technical skills to assemble complex equipment, contributing directly to our ability to meet rigorous production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Execute mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, ensuring all components are integrated according to precise technical specifications.

Operate hydraulic and mechanical press machinery, performing necessary setups and adjustments to maintain output quality.

Interpret engineering prints and visual work instructions to ensure product accuracy and adherence to design standards.

Utilize hand and pneumatic tools safely and effectively to complete assembly workflows.

Maintain operational flexibility by rotating across various production stations to support team throughput goals.

Conduct consistent quality control inspections to identify and resolve potential defects before final assembly.

Collaborate with supervisors to monitor production schedules and optimize workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Strong manual dexterity and the ability to safely operate industrial machinery.

Proven capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks and physical assessments.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial assembly setting.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.

Experience with electrical wiring or complex mechanical assembly.
