Maison Ace manages home and lifestyle brands in Singapore, including BRUNO, Vitantonio, Aladdin, Doshisha and Living Creator, across retail and online channels.

Your tasks

About the role Work closely with our team to bring our shared creative vision to life. You will create content and designs that support our campaigns, store promotions and product launches, with priorities planned around your working schedule.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short videos, including product demonstrations, recipes and lifestyle content.
• Create social media posts, take product photos and adapt existing brand content for Singapore.
• Design email newsletters, EDMs, retail POP materials, online banners and product listing images.
• Write captions, schedule approved posts and respond to social media comments and enquiries during agreed working hours.
• Assist with product gifting and content creator collaborations when required.
• Keep creative files organised, meet agreed deadlines and review content performance with the team.

What we offer

Working arrangement

• Three days per week, with working days and hours agreed before appointment.
• S$1,500 monthly.
• Attendance at shoots and selected retail locations may be required within the agreed schedule.

Requirements

• Confident using Canva and CapCut, or equivalent tools. Adobe skills are a bonus.
• A good eye for design and basic photography and filming skills.
• Good written English for captions and customer replies.
• Able to follow creative direction, contribute ideas and work independently while supporting the team.
• Organised, responsible and open to feedback.
• We welcome mature candidates seeking a shorter working week and fresh graduates with a strong portfolio.
