Primary Responsibilties Recruiting Coordination

Coordinate virtual interviews across multiple business units

Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels while balancing complex calendars

Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting links, and interview materials

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

Candidate Experience

Provide timely, professional communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Respond to candidate inquiries regarding interviews, hiring timelines, and next steps

Ensure every candidate receives a positive and consistent experience

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Maintain accurate candidate records within Lever

Move candidates through recruiting stages and ensure documentation is complete

Post and manage job advertisements across internal and external job boards

Generate recruiting reports and monitor pipeline activity

Recruiting Operations

Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, reference checks, and offer documentation

Partner with HR to facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding

Track recruiting metrics including interview volume, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates

Maintain recruiting templates, interview guides, and standard operating procedures

Hiring Manager Support

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient interview scheduling and communication

Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and university recruiting initiatives

Help identify process improvement opportunities that increase recruiting efficiency

Desired Background & Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree and deep interest in talent acquisition

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a related field; recent college graduates with relevant recruiting or talent acquisition internship experience are also encouraged to apply

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in recruiting technologies, specifically Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever)

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Zoom

Preferred

Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Lever.

Experience coordinating interviews in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Experience supporting recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition teams.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruiting technologies.

Experience creating recruiting reports, maintaining ATS data integrity, and supporting recruiting operations.
