Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end internal audit assignments across different businesses, functions, and geographies
- Assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop audit programs, perform testing, and analyze findings
- Use AI, data analytics, and visualization tools(e.g., Power BI) to enhance audit coverage and risk identification
- Prepare clear audit reports and present recommendations to senior management
- Share best practices and collaborate with stakeholders across the Group
- Contribute to the ongoing transformation of a data-driven and AI-enabled audit function
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in leveraging AI, data analytics, and technology to improve audit outcomes
- Experience in luxury, retail, or consumer goods is a plus
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA,ACCA, CISA, or CFE are advantageous
- Fluent English is required; additional Asian languages, particularly Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, are a plus
