Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Hospital Team Location: Wiltshire Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Hospital Team based in Wiltshire. The Hospital team provide crucial advice, assessments, and discharge planning, ensuring safe and timely transfers of care through a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach. As a key team member, you'll conduct complex assessments, serve as an Investigating Officer in safeguarding cases, and apply expertise in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Care Act 2014.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience of at least 2 years.
