Business Analyst with German
Language requirements: Fluent German and English (C1) You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and cutting-edge IT solutions. We are looking for a tech-savvy Business Analyst with a strong focus on Data Management and a proactive approach to leveraging AI to drive innovation and optimization.
Daily tasks
- Requirement Engineering: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications in close collaboration with software architects.
- Data & Process Digitalization: Design and structure subprocesses and use cases, focusing on Customer Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality Management.
- Agile Delivery: Manage, document, and refine User Stories and backlogs within an Agile framework.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Design automated test scripts using Gherkin, perform API testing (REST, Bruno, REST Assured), and manage assigned defects.
- AI Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/GenAI-driven opportunities to optimize business analysis, processes, and software development workflows.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Business Expert in strongly IT-focused projects. Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of Customer MDM, Data Quality Management, and microservices-based architectures. Testing & Tools: Hands-on experience with Gherkin, API testing tools (REST, Bruno, REST Assured), and Agile management setups. AI & GenAI Proficiency (Mandatory): Practical experience using AI-supported productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in software analysis or development contexts. Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German AND English (both required). Mindset: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer-oriented attitude, and an agile mindset.
