Your tasks
- Conduct professional consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, goals, and expectations.
- Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and treatment plans based on clients' needs and clinic protocols.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare clearly with professionalism.
- Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through ethical consultation and effective conversion of enquiries into treatment plans.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow up with clients after consultations and treatments to ensure satisfaction and identify further treatment needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, treatment plans, and follow-up information.
- Handle client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels promptly.
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, nurses, and clinic management to ensure smooth client journeys.
- Maintain a high level of product and treatment knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Aesthetic Consultant, Beauty Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical spa or beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as injectables, lasers, skin treatments, body contouring, facials, and skincare products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and converting consultations into treatment packages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, where required.
