[WFH/ Remote] Vietnamese - English Interpreter

LOCATION: Work from Home (Remote, only hiring in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia)

SALARY PACKAGE:

• Starting from 31,000,000 VND and above (upon completion of 160 hours per month)
• Working hours: Night shifts ONLY, rotational from 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM, 160 hours/ month
• Working Days: 5 working days, 2 off days (flexible from Monday to Sunday) - Schedule set by the operations team, mandatory adherence to shift times)
• TRAINING: 3 weeks of theory training + 4 weeks of nesting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Interpreter will translate verbal communication from one language to another and act as a medium for overcoming language barriers. This role requires the ability to manage calls from various industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, banking, and more. The position demands a strong mental capability to handle sensitive subjects effectively.

• Act as an Interpreter between diverse people with different voices, accents, speech speeds, and personalities.
• Provide accurate translations of written materials and interpretations of verbal communication.
• Interpret questions, answers, statements, explanations, and other verbal exchanges.
• Complete daily activity logs and other documentation.
• Comply with ethical guidelines and professional standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong mental capability to handle sensitive subject matters.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• A stable internet connection and personal modern equipment (Laptop with webcam and mobile phone)
