What You'll Do: Process the payroll by reviewing time cards, calculating wages, preparing paychecks, and performing other compensation-related tasks Reconcile attendance logs, leaves, and timekeeping records to ensure accuracy before payroll runs Calculate and remit government contributions and taxes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes) while complying with Philippine labor laws. Keep up-to-date with applicable tax and compensation regulations to ensure legal compliance. Data and records management Act as the point of contact for resolving payroll discrepancies, answering queries regarding pay slip and addressing salary concerns. Process clearances and compute final pay (including leave conversions and pro-rated benefits) for separated employees. Communicating confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner to employee inquiries. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data integrity regarding sensitive employee salary information. What We Seek: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, tax laws, and government-mandated benefits. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration. Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
