Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings specifications, and scope of work upon project award; attend kick-off meetings to align internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and completion.
- Liaise with procurement and production departments to ensure materials and finished products are available according to project timelines.
- Prepare shop drawings , as built drawings and maintain project documents, including submission schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawing approvals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, interior designers, architects, and main contractors regarding project progress, variations, and site coordination.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized works (e.g., installation, laminating, polishing; monitor their performance and compliance with contract terms.
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with main contractors on site access, safety requirements, and work sequences.
- Identify, document, and manage variation orders; obtain necessary approvals and

- Attend site meetings and internal coordination meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes with action items.
- Maintain organized project files, including drawings, approvals, correspondence, and variation records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the furniture, carpentry, joinery, or interior fit-out industry. Site experience is an added advantage
- Ability to draw shop drawings, and joinery details; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to use with AutoCAD , Revit and 3D software.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); bilingual in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking workers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage; willing to travel to multiple project sites as required
