Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities: Strong and proven experience in Free Zone operations is a MUST.

Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and customs clearance.

Ensure smooth inbound and outbound movement of materials and finished goods.

Manage import & export shipments and ensure compliance with customs and Free Zone regulations

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and relevant authorities.

Monitor transportation costs, delivery schedules, and logistics KPIs.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics costs and operational efficiency.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and other relevant departments. Lead, manage, and develop the logistics team. Ensure accurate logistics documentation and compliance with applicable regulations. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and additional costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in Logistics, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Strong and proven experience in Free Zone operations is a MUST.

Solid knowledge of import/export, customs clearance, shipping, and transportation operations.

Experience dealing with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations and Free Zone procedures.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
