Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to incorporate promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal trends into forecasts.

Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as the central liaison between supply chain, sales, and operations teams to ensure demand plans are aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate monthly demand planning meetings and communicate forecast updates to stakeholders.

Analyze demand patterns, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.

Provide regular reporting on forecast accuracy, demand variability, and inventory implications.

Implement best practices in demand planning and forecasting.

Drive adoption of demand planning tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor current inventory levels and plan production to maintain optimal inventory to meet expected demand and avoid stock outs while minimizing excess stock.

Optimize performance of slow-moving stocks

Identify potential supply-demand imbalances and propose mitigation strategies.

Support contingency planning for unexpected market changes or supply disruptions.

BSc in Engineering

7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.

Professional certification in supply chain or a related discipline such as CPIM, CSCP or its equivalents is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning and ERP systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
