Operational Excellence Manager
Develop and lead the Operational Excellence strategy and continuous improvement roadmap across the organization.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, cost, and process performance.
Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across relevant functions.
Analyze operational processes and performance data to identify root causes, improvement opportunities, and operational risks.
Lead cross-functional process improvement projects and ensure timely implementation of agreed improvement initiatives.
Establish and monitor operational excellence KPIs to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
Develop, standardize, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
Lead process standardization initiatives across departments and ensure adherence to defined processes.
Identify and support the implementation of new systems, technologies, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with IT and business functions to ensure successful system integration, process optimization, and standardization.
Evaluate improvement initiatives and quantify their operational and financial impact.
Establish a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean and problem-solving practices across the organization.
Coach and develop Operational Excellence team members and provide guidance on process improvement methodologies.
Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Prepare and present operational excellence performance reports, improvement plans, and recommendations to management.
Ensure that implemented improvements are sustained through proper monitoring, standardization, and follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing or operational environments.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
Experience in leading cross-functional improvement projects.
Experience in process mapping, data analysis, KPI development, and performance management.
Experience in process standardization, SOP development, and operational improvement.
Knowledge of automation, digital transformation, and process optimization tools.
Strong project management and change management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Required/Preferred depending on your grading requirements.
