Manage all mold manufacturing, repair, maintenance, and refurbishment activities to ensure the availability of high-quality molds for production.

Plan, prioritize, and monitor daily workshop operations to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.

Lead, coach, and develop the mold workshop team, ensuring high performance, safety, and continuous skill development.

Ensure molds are manufactured and repaired according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve mold-related issues and improve mold performance.

Analyze mold failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor mold life cycles and recommend improvements to enhance durability, efficiency, and product quality.

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of workshop machinery, tools, and precision measuring equipment.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Manage workshop budgets, material consumption, spare parts, and inventory while maintaining cost control.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company quality standards.

Prepare and monitor KPIs, maintenance reports, and performance metrics to support operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in glass container mold manufacturing, repair, or maintenance, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of glass container mold design, machining, welding, polishing, coatings, mold materials, and repair techniques.

Solid understanding of glass container forming processes, including Blow & Blow, Press & Blow, and Narrow Neck Press & Blow (NNPB).

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, using precision measuring instruments, and applying quality management standards.

Proven leadership, team management, coaching, and performance improvement skills.

Strong planning, budgeting, and project management capabilities.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CMMS systems.
