Accountant Business Analyst

We are looking for a junior accountant for our small business, based in Cairo. Our ideal candidate is punctual, efficient, with good communication skills, flexible with our work rhythm, thorough and committed. Part time hours/hybrid.

Duties: Quarterly breakdown of the companies financial status

Overview of cashflow sheet

Overview of bank statement - checked weekly and monthly

Checking all quotations to make sure the numbers are correct and the consignment, wholesale, retail, commission, discounts are reflected.

Bookkeeping of sales and amounts and dates of VAT

Bookkeeping of sales and expenses on Odoo

Staying up to date with different deals with have with different clients

Producing e-bills for all sales

Ability to use all of state official Platforms such: digital.gov.eg, invoicing.eta.gov and eta.gove.eg

Submitting the VAT report every 3 months

Being up to date with all state laws regarding accounting for business

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and Odoo

Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (or currently completing one).

Punctuality and commitment
