At Jukebox Health, our mission is to empower everyone to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. We partner with health plans to make homes safer and more accessible for older adults and high-needs populations. We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, Jukebox Health is a fast growing healthcare services company backed by top venture capital firms like Valtruis and The Home Depot.

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist with specialized expertise in seating, positioning, and mobility to support clients who use wheelchairs or other mobility equipment. A successful candidate is highly empathetic, can juggle the needs of our clients, programs and business, and is eager to make a lasting impact. We're a tech-first team so comfort working with new systems and tools will be an advantage. This role requires hands-on experience with wheelchair evaluations, seating/positioning assessments, and DME - so if that's your background, we want to hear from you.

We're recruiting now as we know it takes time to get credentialed with the plans we partner with, so we hope you're equally excited to get ahead of things and get introduced to Jukebox!
