The Joblogic Story

Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK , Pakistan , and Vietnam . Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to ~£35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap , expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista’s backing, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.

Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With over 100,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.

About the Role

Joblogic is scaling fast and events are becoming a serious growth channel for the business. We're looking for an Events Coordinator to take ownership of the operational and logistical delivery of our events programme, working closely with and reporting to the Senior Events Manager.

You'll deliver a busy schedule across trade shows, smaller in person events and webinars. The Senior Events Manager owns the strategy, budget and commercial results. Your job is to make sure every event runs smoothly on the ground. Venues booked, suppliers briefed, materials shipped, registration handled, and the day itself delivered without a hitch.

This is a great role for someone hands on and highly organised who enjoys the detail of making an event actually happen.

What your main focus will be

Planning and logistics

Take ownership of the logistics and on the ground delivery for every event on the calendar

Coordinate venues, suppliers, AV, stand builders, printers, caterers and contractors, keeping them to brief and deadline

Build and maintain event timelines, run sheets, checklists and supplier schedules, flagging risks or delays to the Senior Events Manager early

Own the events calendar as a living document the wider business can see

Suppliers, contracts and budget

Handle day to day supplier coordination, raise purchase orders and check invoices against what was agreed

Track spend against the budget the Senior Events Manager sets, flagging anything heading off course

Manage contract admin, chase signatures and check cancellation terms before we commit

Health, safety and compliance

Collect risk assessments, method statements and public liability certificates from suppliers

Complete venue risk assessments and make sure insurance and compliance paperwork is in place before every event

Registration and attendee experience

Manage event registration in HubSpot and our registration platforms, plus all attendee communications before, during and after

Set up badges, delegate lists and check in processes

Handle speaker and exhibitor liaison, including briefing packs, slide chasing, travel and accommodation

Materials and stock

Manage print, merchandise and giveaway orders, plus signage and banners

Keep track of stand kit and event stock, get it where it needs to be and get it back again

On the day

Coordinate stand build, run setup, troubleshoot on the day and manage pack down

Organise internal staffing: rotas, kit lists and briefing the sales and SDR teams before doors open

Support lead capture and note taking on site, then hand it over promptly for follow up

Webinars and virtual events

Set up webinar platforms, run dry runs with speakers and support live delivery

After the event

Manage post event admin including supplier returns, invoice checks, debriefs and thank you communications

Keep trackers and documentation accurate, feeding clean data into the reporting the Senior Events Manager compiles

Working alongside the Senior Events Manager

This role complements rather than duplicates the Senior Events Manager's remit. They set the strategy, budget, commercial targets and post event reporting. You make sure the logistics behind every event are handled with precision, so they can focus on the bigger picture.

Who You'll Work With

You'll sit in marketing but work across the demand gen function, including brand and content, paid media, sales and SDR, customer success and migrations, plus teams across the wider business.

What Success Looks Like

Every event runs smoothly on the day, with logistics handled well ahead of time

Venues, suppliers, AV and materials are booked, briefed and confirmed with no last minute scrambles

Registration and attendee communications are clear, professional and on time

Compliance paperwork is complete before every event, not chased afterwards

Risks and delays are flagged early, giving the Senior Events Manager time to act

Event data and lead handovers are accurate and delivered promptly

The Senior Events Manager can trust the operational detail is covered
