Accountabilities: The Patient Service Specialist provides essential administrative support to ensure an efficient, patient-centered experience. This role serves as a key connection point between patients, families, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Deliver friendly, consistent, and reliable customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare team members.

Support daily clinic operations by managing administrative tasks and helping maintain an organized care environment.

Assist patients and families with general inquiries, scheduling-related needs, and administrative processes.

Provide accurate and timely support to clinical teams and administrative leaders.

Maintain patient information and documentation with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate communication between patients, care teams, and internal departments to support smooth workflows.

Help identify and resolve administrative issues to improve the overall patient experience.

Contribute to a collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork, compassion, and quality service.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a service-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment. Experience supporting patients, customers, or administrative operations is highly valued.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Coursework or training in administrative, healthcare, or medical sciences preferred.

Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.

Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or administrative setting preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and administrative teams.

Comfortable using standard office technology and administrative systems.
