Mortgage Loan Officer - PAID Training Program
Accountabilities: Engage with prospective borrowers to guide them through mortgage solutions and home financing options, ensuring a consultative and customer-focused experience
Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines through outbound and inbound lead follow-up in a high-volume environment
Learn and apply mortgage product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and lending processes through structured paid training
Execute persuasive communication strategies to convert leads into funded loans while meeting and exceeding performance targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, documentation accuracy, and timely closings
Maintain high levels of responsiveness, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced remote setting
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a service-oriented environment preferred
Strong motivation to succeed in a performance-driven, commission-based role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach
Highly competitive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities
Reliable high-speed internet connection with required minimum bandwidth and Ethernet capability
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and some weekends, with occasional late shifts
