Accountabilities: The Lead Conflicts Analyst is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of conflict-of-interest reviews, ensuring accurate assessments, timely resolutions, and thorough documentation. This role requires independent analysis, effective communication with stakeholders, and support for broader risk management objectives.

Complete advanced conflict searches and manage complex conflict review projects with limited supervision.

Analyze conflict results reports to identify potential conflicts and determine appropriate next steps.

Conduct research to assess the significance and materiality of potential conflicts of interest.

Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and internal teams to gather information and resolve conflict issues.

Maintain detailed documentation of conflict resolutions, decisions, and supporting materials.

Track workflow requests, outstanding items, and ongoing conflict review activities.

Perform quality assurance reviews of completed conflict documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist with conflict clearance processes related to lateral hires and new team members.

Support, mentor, and train team members on conflict management processes and procedures.

Help coordinate daily team activities, workload distribution, coverage planning, and special projects.

Provide updates to management regarding team objectives, progress, projects, and accomplishments.

Support additional initiatives assigned by department leadership.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in conflict analysis, records management, legal operations, or a related field. They should be highly organized, comfortable handling confidential information, and capable of making informed decisions when reviewing complex situations.

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3–5 years of relevant professional experience required.

5 years of progressively responsible related experience preferred.

Experience analyzing potential conflict-of-interest issues and applying established review processes.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation accurately.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with legal professionals and internal stakeholders.

Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Experience supporting process improvement, workflow management, or quality assurance activities is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently.

California: $63,000–$128,000

Colorado: $58,000–$103,000

Illinois: $57,000–$110,000

Massachusetts: $63,000–$120,000

New York: $58,000–$126,000

Washington, D.C.: $81,000–$119,000

Additional location-based ranges available depending on work location.
