Accountabilities: Act as the primary finance business partner for senior sales leaders, providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational performance.

Deliver financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to enable informed decision-making across expansion sales teams.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business opportunities, identify risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Analyze financial and operational metrics to generate actionable insights that improve commercial performance and resource allocation.

Support strategic planning initiatives, business reviews, and executive presentations with accurate financial reporting and recommendations.

Build strong relationships across international teams while ensuring alignment between financial objectives and commercial priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, business planning, or financial analysis, including a minimum of 3 years supporting technology or software sales organizations.

Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, accounting principles, business analysis, and strategic decision support.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar business systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification is considered an asset.
