Accountabilities Manage account activity: Process and maintain accounts within the internal queue while meeting established service-level agreements and time commitments.

Support customers: Respond to inbound inquiries from internal and external customers with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach.

Conduct outbound communication: Initiate calls to customers and recovery vendors to gather information, provide updates, and support account resolution.

Coordinate across teams: Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, share relevant information, and maintain expected customer service levels.

Maintain accurate information: Collect, verify, document, and communicate complete and accurate account information using the appropriate systems, tools, and procedures.

Prioritize workflow: Organize competing requests and account activities efficiently while ensuring deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.

Deliver quality service: Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through responsive communication and dependable follow-through.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, automotive, account coordination, or a related field.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, inquiries, and multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.

Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to supporting internal and external customers.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and efficiently meet internal and external deadlines.

Comfortable using computer systems and digital workplace tools, including Google Workspace applications.

Strong problem-solving and information-gathering abilities, with the judgment to use appropriate procedures and resources.

Nice to have: Experience working with web-based technology.

Nice to have: Additional experience in finance, automotive, account management, or related industries.

Benefits

Hourly compensation: $19.00–$20.00 USD.
