Full time Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial design projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities: Lead commercial interior design projects independently. Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and detailed construction drawings. Manage communications with clients, consultants, and Qualified Persons (QPs). Secure necessary authority approvals for project compliance. Conduct professional design presentations for stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Deep understanding of local authority submission requirements. Strong ability to manage project timelines and client expectations.
