Our practice works across scales, from residential renovations and interior design to housing developments, cultural spaces and design-led installations.

Your tasks

• Contribute to architectural and interior design projects from concept development through technical documentation.
• Prepare accurate architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations and construction details.
• Develop and coordinate Revit models and drawing packages.
• Translate design concepts, sketches and markups into well-resolved architectural deliverables.
• Produce design presentations, diagrams and visual materials.
• Conduct research into materials, building regulations and design precedents.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and complete.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and deliver work to agreed deadlines.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Studio Principal, contribute meaningfully to a diverse portfolio of projects and play an important role in shaping a growing design practice.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned work with minimal supervision.

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong working proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong architectural visualisation skills.
• Working proficiency in Rhino preferred.
• Demonstrated experience producing architectural drawing packages and construction documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Strong design, drafting and spatial planning skills.
• Ability to work confidently and accurately in both metric and imperial units (feet and inches), including dimensioning, drawing setup and unit conversions.
• Ability to interpret instructions accurately, solve problems proactively and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

What we offer

₦250,000–₦300,000 per month, depending on experience and technical proficiency.
