💰 Salary
Up to $3,200 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their daily living activities (ADLs), including personal care and mobility support.
- Ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Observe and monitor clients' physical condition and promptly report any changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
- Assist with the proper use, cleaning, and handling of medical equipment.
- Follow infection control and workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
✅ Requirements
- ITE Skill Certificate in Healthcare (Home Care), WSQ in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care), or an overseas Certificate in Nursing.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in elder care or a healthcare setting are preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
⏰ Working Hours
12-hour rotating shifts 🌞 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM🌙 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Monthly rotation between day and night shifts Average 44 working hours per week
