Your new company A utilities company is looking for a Customer Service Officer (Utilities) / Supply Application Officer #FR (1 year) Your new role

• Perform processing of CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications
• Monitoring of performance statistics
• Preparation of supply applications performance and remittancereport
• Perform tagging of tenant meters
• Raise refunds for service quotations
• Check and issue service connection quotations
• Issue payment acknowledgement letters
• Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply applicationmatters
• Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals' enquiries via emailand verbal correspondence
• Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs andPrincipals
• Assist in special projects assigned
• Any other ad-hoc dutiesassigned by the Head of Section

What you'll need to succeed At least a diploma Have experience liaising with Licensed Electrical Workers IT savvy
