Hartevelt Fashion Fulfilment is a family business that started in 1945 as a dry cleaner in Zeist. Four generations later, we are a full service fulfilment partner for fashion brands. From our warehouse of more than 21,000 m² in De Meern, we handle the complete logistics process: goods receipt, order processing, packing, returns, reconditioning and cleaning. Your tasks
Anyone who buys clothes online sometimes sends something back. Every day, large numbers of returns arrive at Hartevelt for the fashion brands we work for. Every item is checked, sorted and registered, so it can be sold again quickly. As supervisor, you lead the team that does this work. You divide the work, monitor the quality and make sure returns are processed on time. You are at the heart of the team and the point of contact for your colleagues and for the other departments.
Requirements
- You have experience as a team leader or supervisor in a warehouse or logistics environment
- You lead a team on pace and quality, and you address people when needed
- You have at least MBO level 4 working and thinking level, preferably in logistics
- You speak and write English well
- You have experience with a warehouse management system (WMS), or you learn such a system quickly
- You stay calm when it gets busy and find solutions yourself
