• Develop the overall development strategy, positioning, value proposition,

business model, land use program, functional mix, and development phasing.

• Lead the preparation of planning briefs, coordinate with planning, and design

consultants to ensure the DT Park vision is incorporated into the 1/2000 and 1 /500 master plans.

1. Experience and specialization

10–15 years of relevant experience. Experience in Digital Technology Parks, Smart Cities, High-Tech Parks, or similar developments. Experience in government liaison, planning, investment promotion, or regulatory approvals. Experience in master planning, business strategy, ecosystem development, and strategic partnerships. Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
