Contracts Coordinator (Maintenance)

Review and follow up on existing maintenance contracts (annual contracts) and maintain strong relationships with current customers.

Contact customers regularly to assess their satisfaction with the provided services and identify any concerns or complaints.

Follow up on customer complaints with the relevant departments and ensure issues are fully resolved and closed.

Contact customers ahead of maintenance contract renewal dates, address outstanding concerns, and ensure a smooth renewal process.

Maintain an updated database of maintenance customers, including site details, contact information, number of elevators, site representatives, contract value, renewal dates, and customer complaints.

Track maintenance operations approaching the end of their warranty period and follow up with customers to secure maintenance contracts before warranty expiration.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on technical matters when required.

Follow up with the relevant internal teams on contractual and financial matters to ensure all requirements are completed.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on customer status, contract renewals, complaints, quotations, and follow-up activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in contracts, customer service, sales coordination, account management, or a similar customer-facing role .

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers, contracts, and follow-ups simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good command of English.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications Experience handling service or maintenance contracts is a plus.

Experience dealing with customers, contractors, or service providers.
