SALES MANAGER

Fleek Salon is a beauty salon located at Jurong west. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. We offer a huge variety of hair services and other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are looking for Experienced Full Time position as follows: Basic Salary + Commission 1)Beautician / Beauty Consultant 2) Hairstylist 3) Sales Manager Basic requirements: -Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience.

• 6 days work week - Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager - Promote wide range of services and packages - Excellent customer service and communication - Hardworking and team cooperation - Able to commute well with peers / a team player - Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only) - Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable. - Independent and self-motivated

• Beauty / Facial knowledge - For Hairstylist : experience in hair design, cutting, coloring, treatment, highlight and etc. -MUST HIT PERSONAL SALES TARGET & COMPANY TARGET
