Production Supervisor (Dry Product Packaging)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects processing and packaging operations. You will be a key leader, ensuring our production processes are efficient, safe, and of the highest quality, while also managing and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Check and control all manufacturing and packaging operations, ensuring they adhere to cGMP, company policies, and safety standards. Quality & Compliance: Maintain high-quality standards by checking material correctness, ensuring machinery is in good condition, and investigating any product complaints or quality incidents. Team Leadership: Direct and supervise a team of Group Leaders, enforcing discipline, providing training to new employees, and optimizing labor time through effective scheduling. Planning & Coordination: Prepare weekly production schedules, coordinate with various departments (Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, etc.), and ensure resources are used efficiently. Process Improvement: Continuously work to improve production processes, product quality, output, and overall efficiency. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily operations, performance reports, and official documentation related to quality incidents and production activities.

Skills: Strong understanding of cGMP, ISO, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Food Science, or Engineering. Experience: Open to new graduates. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
