Job Title: Telemarketer (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Work Arrangement: Flexible working arrangements / Work from Home
Working Schedule:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days per week)
- Part-Time: Flexible working hours, to be discussed
Work-from-home arrangements available.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s financing advisory services.
- Generate and identify potential leads for property and business loans.
- Understand customers’ basic financing needs and assess their initial interest in exploring financing options.
- Arrange appointments or follow-up calls for the consultant to discuss suitable financing solutions with interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and lead status in the company’s lead-tracking system.
- Work towards daily calling targets and lead-generation objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers through professional communication.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, especially when working from home.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or cold-calling experience is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates or candidates with no prior experienc are welcome to apply, as training and guidance will be provided.
