QA/QC Officer

Your tasks

• Responsible for generating and managing of documents, forms and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
• Maintain secure and readily retrieveable master document files.
• Responsible to issue and compile Batch Processing Records.
• Responsible for ensuring proper control for all controlled documents and only the latest document version is issued upon request.
• Ensure all master original documents are archived and indexed to ensure prompt retrieval from the dedicated archive.
• Assist QA/QC in investigations and handling of products and materials complaint, reject, recall and return from customer.
• Data entry in various electronic systems for quality review and monitoring the trend of products and materials.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Food Science, Pharmacy or Microbiology or equivalent.
• Preferably with relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
