PM-02 Program Delivery Assistant:• Review applications against established program and payment eligibility criteria, verify supporting documentation, make decisions within tight service standards. • Follow up with applicants to resolve missing, incomplete or inconsistent information.• Escalate complex or exceptional files when needed.PM-03 Program Delivery Officer:• Provide operational oversight, guidance and training to a team of junior program officers.• Review and resolve escalated or complex files.• Support consistent, accurate and timely decision-making to meet service standards.• Provide surge capacity to review applications when necessary.
