Your tasks
- Oversee daily stage operations and performance schedules.
- Coordinate with singers, dancers, DJs, and technical staff to ensure smooth transitions
- Conduct pre-show checks on lighting, sound, and stage setup.
- Ensure performers are briefed on call times, stage cues, and program flow.
- Manage backstage areas, props, costumes, and equipment.
- Liaise with lighting and sound technicians to execute cues accurately and on time.
- Handle real-time adjustments or emergencies during shows to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate performance updates and issues to the Club Manager or Entertainment Director.
- Maintain a professional and safe stage environment at all times.
- Oversee stage cleanup and equipment storage after each event or show.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in nightlife, F&B, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Singapore’s nightlife and entertainment regulations.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin will have an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clientele and staff).
