Your mission To further expand our team, we are looking for a CCH Tagetik Consultant with a focus on financial planning and analysis . Successful candidates show a great interest in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning, as well as an eagerness to implement software solutions supporting the office of the CFO.  You will join our Performance Management Competence Center, a highly respected team with in-depth knowledge in all aspects of supporting the various financial reporting and planning processes with market-leading software solutions.   Your role allows you to develop further and extend your knowledge within various exciting customer contexts and with the leading software solution, CCH Tagetik. While your main focus will be on CCH Tagetik, you will also have the opportunity to learn a second technology from our portfolio of performance management solutions, such as Prophix ,  Anaplan , Vena , or SAP Analytics Cloud . Working closely with our clients, you will steer them across the full implementation process, from facilitating the requirements analysis, design, build, go-live, and beyond, defining future enhancements or providing training.  Your responsibilities  Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Facilitating requirements gathering workshops  Developing the functional and technical design to meet the specific customer context and requirements  Implement performance management solutions together with a team of skilled peers, and with the customer  Engage with the customer to organize and participate in knowledge transfer and training of end-users  Guide and coach customers throughout the implementation process, up to the  acceptance and go-live  Organize and participate in knowledge sharing and development, creation, and exchange of best practices   Participate in pre-sales activities Your profile Successful candidates will show relevant experience:  You have a university degree in finance and/or accounting, economics, or a similar discipline.   You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience, working in a context of financial planning and analysis, either in a consulting or an internal position. You know the basic ins and outs of a financial planning process.  You have a first experience working with, maintaining, or implementing a leading performance management tool, or you have an affinity for finance technology and a drive to improve the finance function.  You have good presentation and interpersonal skills. You combine excellent communication and listening skills and demonstrate leadership capability within a business context.  You possess strong conceptual, methodical, and analytical capabilities. You are a problem-solver and can easily adapt to a fast-paced and challenging environment.   Fluency in English and French or Dutch is favorable.
