Quality Control Engineer

A leading Company in the field of Home Appliance located at Obour City is looking for QC Engineer for immediate hiring:- Responsibilities:- Interpret and implement QC standards and procedures.

Implement and develop the quality assurance processes and procedures in cooperation with QC formers.

Study and Evaluate current quality situation and set the target and goals and necessary objectives to achieve quality goals.

Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data

Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.

Following up the quality of local outsourcing production to evaluate the performance per kit and day to day.

Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions using lean manufacturing tools to identify the root cause of problems

Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.

2-5 years of exp.

Good Command of English

Good Communication skills

Analytical skills

Leadership skills

Problem-solving skills

Lean Six Sigma knowledge & concept understanding is must for both production and quality engineer
