Your Role
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right IT solutions
- Work with technical teams to deliver effective, tailored solutions
- Build strong customer relationships from pre-sales through post-sales
- Support business development and achieve sales objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering or a related discipline
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, pre-sales or customer support preferred
- Experience with ERP or business software is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for technology
