Advertising and Promotions Executive (Events) (Events) / Entry Level / $3500

Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute  promotions, events, and festive campaigns

Conceptualize creative marketing ideas to increase  footfall and sales

Coordinate with internal teams (Merchandising, Advertising, Digital) and external partners

Liaise with  vendors, sponsors, media partners, and influencers (KOLs/bloggers)

Manage event setup and teardown with contractors to ensure smooth operations

Oversee production of marketing materials (ads, collaterals, social media content)

Source and secure  partnerships, sponsorships, and event collaborators

Handle application of necessary  permits and licenses  for events

Prepare reports, timelines, and promotional calendars

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events, Business or related field

1–3 years of experience in  Events, marketing, or retail promotions

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Able to work independently and manage multiple timelines

Experience in retail/mall environment will be an advantage
