Dorset Street Animal Hospital (opening April 2026) is hiring a Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian to provide high-quality urgent and emergency medical care for companion animals. This role is ideal for veterinarians who enjoy the excitement of urgent care while working within a supportive, team-first culture—without overnight ER shifts.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree

Active Vermont veterinary license or the ability to obtain one

Experience or strong interest in urgent care or emergency medicine

Calm, compassionate demeanor and excellent client communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
