Warehouse Project Specialist

What you'll get to do: Manage and execute client-requested projects across local and off-site locations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

What will make you successful: 2-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or related field preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint

Proven project management experience, with particular emphasis on facility startups and relocations

Proven experience in account support, service delivery, or operational program coordination within logistics, supply chain, or after-market services

Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate cross-functional activities and support SLA performance

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable

Ability to regularly work flexible and extended hours and travel up to 15%

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
