About the company

De Beaute is a premier high-end TCM medi-spa and established beauty, aesthetics, and slimming centre, and is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Care Officer Consultant to help clients feel welcome, informed, and confident when choosing the right beauty treatments and packages.

Your tasks

• Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone and through online channels.

• Understand clients’ needs and provide information about available treatments and packages.

• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing and promotions clearly.

• Recommend suitable treatments or packages based on clients’ preferences and needs.

• Manage appointments, follow-ups and client enquiries.

• Maintain accurate client records and provide attentive aftercare support.

• Work with the team to deliver an excellent client experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, patient and professional manner.

• Comfortable discussing beauty treatments and packages with clients.

• Sales or beauty-industry experience is an advantage; training may be provided.

• Treatment and package sales: Knowledgeable in explaining treatment options, package inclusions, pricing and promotions, and recommending suitable choices based on customer needs.

• Customer daily bookings: Experienced in arranging and managing appointments, confirming bookings and coordinating treatment schedules.

• Client care and service: Provide attentive service throughout the customer journey, including assisting customers before and during treatments.

• Package monitoring: Keep track of customers’ package usage, remaining sessions and follow-up appointments.

• Customer care follow-up: Contact and follow up with customers after treatments to check on their experience, provide aftercare information and support future bookings.

• Sales follow-through: Build positive customer relationships and identify appropriate opportunities for repeat visits or package renewals.

What we offer

Salary: $2,300–$3,500 per month, plus additional incentives

• Rest or off days on Sundays and no work on public holidays
