Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who can undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.

What will your day look like:

• Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind
• Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines
• Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a pro-active approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders
• Manage company claim related email inboxes and handle inbound calls
• Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture #INDUKI

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on consistently achieving targets
• Strong problem-solving skills
• IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
