Crew Tours - Egypt is hiring now female Aviation Ticketing agent: Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets.

Confirm and modify flight reservations.

Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.

Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.

Keep records and information.

Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily.

Handle emergency requests 24 hours.

Creating daily reports.

Only Females Can Apply.

GDS Amadeus (Basic & Advanced) Experience is Must.

Prefer applicants live near Heliopolis area or Nasr City

Good in written and spoken English.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports

Presentation Skills, good-looking, Supportive Attitude.
