Analysis Engineer

Your tasks

1. Inspect and analyze defects in PCBA products from manufacturing processes, customer complaints, and market returns. 2. Perform Root Cause Analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and other analytical methods. 3. Develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and prepare 8D Reports. 4. Coordinate with QA, Production, Process Engineering, and related departments to resolve quality issues and improve product quality. 5. Collect, record, and analyze defect data, and prepare reports for monthly quality meetings. 6. Maintain measuring and inspection equipment and ensure timely calibration. 7. Support and monitor quality control activities in IQC, IPQC, and FQC, including ESD control within the factory. 8. Prepare, review, and implement Quality Control Plans 9. Support factory-wide activities, including QMS, EMS, Safety, Kaizen, and other related initiatives.

Requirements

1. เพศ ชาย-หญิง
2. อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
3. จบปริญญาตรี สาขา Electronic or Electrical Engineering or related field.
4. At least 3–5 years of experience in quality control and PCBA circuit analysis
5. Root Cause Analysis, 8D problem Solving, 7 QC Tool, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, Control plan, QMS, EMS, English or Chinese will be an advantage.
