We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development MANAGER to join our growing team!
š¼ Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate leads and follow up on potential projects
- Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, landscape architects, main contractors and internal teams
- Understand clientsā requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Follow up on tenders, quotations and project opportunities
- Attend site meetings and client meetings when required
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Achieve sales and business development targets
ā Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Construction / Landscaping will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to build and maintain good client relationships
- Proactive, responsible and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a strong interest in sales and business development
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
