QC / QA Manager – Backpacks & Accessories Bags

Your tasks

• Lead and manage all QC/QA activities across backpack and accessories bag production lines

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements
• Identify and resolve production quality issues quickly and effectively

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to improve production quality
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits across local factories

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in backpack/bag manufacturing (factory or company experience is required)
• Strong understanding of bag production processes, sewing techniques, and assembly workflows
• Good knowledge of materials and components (fabrics, trims, hardware, etc.) and their characteristics
• Proven problem-solving skills for addressing quality issues during production
