1. Overall Accountability
- As the Head of the Management Board, you are fully responsible to the Investor/Management Board and the Management Company for operational efficiency, service quality, legal compliance, and the building’s image.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager (PM) for high-end projects; experience with office buildings is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, service-oriented manner.
- Proactive and agile, able to work under pressure.
