We are looking for a powerhouse MEP Commercial Section Head to lead our commercial operations in Cairo, Egypt . The Role & Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the entire commercial section, ensuring all MEP projects are financially viable and contractually sound. Mastermind the invoicing process , ensuring timely submissions and accurate tracking of payments. Manage Variation Orders (VOs) with precision, negotiating changes and ensuring all additional works are properly documented and compensated. Drive commercial strategy by monitoring project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and maximize profitability across all MEP installations. 12-14 years of proven experience in commercial management specifically within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering sector. Expertise in Commercial Management , including a deep understanding of Invoices , Variation Orders , and Contract Administration . Proven Leadership Skills with the ability to head a section and manage complex financial workflows. Advanced Proficiency in Quantity Surveying , Cost Control , and Claims Management . Strategic Thinker with a strong background in Budgeting and Financial Reporting . Experienced Professional ready to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt to drive project excellence.
